Craft Victoria has a number of events and communication channels that reach a large cross-section of the community locally and nationally. Craft Victoria was established in 1970 and has over 800 members, most of whom are creative makers.

Located in a warehouse-style building in Flinders Lane, Craft Victoria has a great shop, exciting exhibition space and terrific staff.

The main demographic is young, tertiary educated and mostly female.

In 2010 Craft Victoria generated over $250,000 in print and electronic media publicity.

Supported by the Australia Council and Arts Victoria, Craft Victoria earns 30% of its own income, but needs more support to deliver its outstanding programs.

Supporting Craft Victoria is a unique way of reaching an influential, hard to reach group, in both the online and actual environments. Our audience exceeds 100,000 people to all our events, and our website exceeds 200,000 visits each year. Our popular monthly Craft Almanac connects with more than 7,000 people across Australia every month of the year.
