Anika Cook: Web and Design Coordinator, Craft Victoria
Anika is the Web and Design Coordinator at Craft Victoria, which means she gets to play with the organisation’s aesthetic identity but also spends quite a lot of time making images square and altering typefaces. She has a Bachelor of Creative Arts from the University of Melbourne and also runs a small label, The Gently Unfurling Sneak, which produces printed clothing, accessories and small art works that are whimsical and a little strange in nature.
Melanie Flynn: Manager, Artsphere
Melanie has been working in the visual arts as a gallery manager over the past ten years. She has a personal and academic interest in the arts having completed a Masters of Art Curatorship. She is passionate about supporting the work of both emerging and established artists.
Jeremy Smart: Programmer/Designer, Artsphere
Jeremy has been working with websites since 2002 and runs a web design business called Ecosphere which provides web design services to the broader community. Jeremy also has a keen interest in the arts. During 2009 and 2010, he has been presenting a half day workshop on behalf of the Australian Business Arts Foundation which informs artists on how to get or build a website.
Pip Lincolne: Meet Me At Mike's
Pip is an author, crafter and retailer. Her blog, Meet Me At Mike's is a (mostly) daily peek at the things she loves and makes. Established in 2006 the Meet Me at Mike's blog averages around 14,000 visitors each week and is designed, written and maintained by Pip from the comfort of her dining room table.
Gemma Jones: crafter, curator and blogger
Gemma is the founder of Melbourne's Kaotic Kraft Kuties and together with Pip Lincolne writes the blog Craft City Melbourne. Gemma can usually be found at Outré Gallery on Elizabeth Street where she is one of the curators. She also writes art and craft articles for The Vine online. You'll also be able to see her in the forthcoming documentary "Making it Handmade"... Her blog is Kaotic Kraft Kuties.
