Tess McCabe
Tess McCabe is a self-employed graphic designer, crafty lass and organiser of the Melbourne networking group Creative Women's Circle. A normal day for her might include: designing branding materials and websites for small businesses and corporates; designing accessories and filling orders for her label Teahouse Handmade; organising a speaker for the next Creative Women's Circle event; and blogging about it all in the process. She spends a good deal of time online and even more time enjoying what Melbourne creatives have to share.

Jeremy Irvine
Jeremy Irvine is ISS Institute's Chief Executive Officer. He is a former political adviser, having spent four years and endured many bad coffees in Parliament House Canberra. He also worked as a public affairs consultant and was a ministerial speechwriter in New Zealand, where he began his career in non-government association management. From having been a 'Twit-skeptic' Jeremy is now a strong advocate for social media in non-government organisations and as an issues management tool. He blogs at jeremyirvine.id.au on sport, social history, issues management and good coffee. Last year Jeremy was a panelist at the Media140 'Oz Politics' conference in Canberra that was televised on ABC News 24, speaking about real time spin doctoring in politics. Jeremy has an undergraduate degree in politics and Australian history, and is completing a Master of Arts (Organisational Communication) degree.
